All orders in the United States ship USPS First Class unless an upgrade is selected.
All orders placed by 1 PM PST, will generally ship the same day.
All packages deliver Monday-Friday. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.
When experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Min Formulas ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. owned territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes

Damages
Min Formulas is to protect customers and we take a responsibility for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at (800) 219-9120 to file a claim and request replacement. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
